Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric is a high-performance

Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric is a high-performance, eco-friendly and highly sustainable fabric that is made of natural raw materials. It combines the superior characteristics of cotton with advanced nonwoven technology. It offers a number of advantages over conventional wet wipes such as high water absorbency, low bioburden, soft hand feeling and excellent durability. It is available in different blends and colors and can be customized according to customer requirements.
This unique technology is based on hydroentanglement. In this process, jets of high-pressure water entangle the fiber web and effectively interlink them. The result is a nonwoven fabric that resembles textiles in terms of hand feel and other physical properties. The hydroentanglement process is also used in needle-punched nonwoven fabrics, but it produces much finer fibers and more complex structures.
Moreover, spunlace fabrics are produced using a variety of raw materials such as viscose, cellulose, woodpulp and polypropylene. The final products can be either plain or embossed and can be dyed in a variety of shades. Compared to conventional wet wipes, spunlace is also better for the environment and has an improved sustainability profile.
The main advantage of spunlace is that it does not use any resin or binder, so the raw materials are kept in their original state and the fibers have a high degree of integrity. This ensures that the product maintains its inherent softness and does not lose moisture during the production process. Furthermore, the high mechanical strength of the fiber mesh makes it very stable.
In addition, the production process is environmentally friendly and has a low carbon footprint. The raw materials are extracted from natural sources and the finished products are fully biodegradable. In addition, spunlace nonwovens have a high tensile strength and can be recycled many times without losing their properties.
The neXline spunlace line from Andritz can be customized to produce a wide range of fabrics, with fabric weights ranging from 25 g/m2 up to 120 g/m2. This broad application spectrum allows us to meet the specific needs of our customers and offer them tailor-made solutions for their applications.
Woodpulp/PP spunlace nonwoven fabric is a multifunctional wiping material with liquid absorbency and tear-resistance. It is suitable for medical & health, household and light industry uses. It can be made into wet wipes, facial cotton pads, kitchen and industrial wipes, etc. It is easy to be cut into various shapes & sizes, and can be customized with different print styles. It can be colored in white, red, yellow and blue.
