More Information About Mesh semi-cross spunlace non-woven fabric
Mesh semi-cross spunlace non-woven fabric is a type of non-woven fabric that is made using a spunlace process. The spunlace process involves high-pressure water jets that entangle fibers to create a cohesive material.
In the case of mesh semi-cross spunlace non-woven fabric, the fibers are arranged in a crosshatch pattern, with small openings or "mesh" between the fibers. This creates a fabric that is lightweight, breathable, and has good drape and flexibility.
Mesh semi-cross spunlace non-woven fabric is commonly used in a variety of applications, including medical and hygiene products, cleaning wipes, and industrial filters. Its lightweight and breathable nature makes it well-suited for use in products that need to be comfortable to wear or use for extended periods of time. Additionally, its ability to trap and hold particles makes it an effective choice for filtration applications.

10 mesh semi-cross spunlace non-woven fabric produced by our company would have openings that are approximately 1 millimeter in size. The actual size may vary depending on the specific manufacturing process and the intended use of the fabric.

The properties of the fabric can be customized by varying the fiber composition, bonding process, and other factors during manufacturing.
